1 cup white corn meal (Indian Head brand)
2 Tbsp corn starch
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 large eggs
3 Tbsp corn oil
1 cup water
2 cups skin milk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Add eggs, water, and oil to dry ingredients and mix until uniform. Add the milk and mix until batter is uniform. Pour into a greased 1-2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 450º for 35-45 minutes.
