1 T cornstarch
8 T sugar
1/2 cup water
3 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cornstarch, 2 T sugar and 1/2 cup water. Set aside.

Beat 3 egg whites until stiff. Add starch mixture and continue beating until creamy. Add 6 T sugar while beating. Continue beating until creamy. Add vanilla.
