2 cups flour
1 1/2cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
Icing:
1 cup sugar
1 small can condensed milk
1 cup coconut
1 stick margarine
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake ingredients together and bake in 11x16 pan at 325* for 30-35 minutes.
Mix Icing ingredients together in a saucepan. Boil 5 minutes and then put on cake while it is hot.
