4 cups whole milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup cream
4 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup potato flakes
1 T. salt
2 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk, margarine and cream just to a boil (when there's movement on the surface). Pour into center of flour where the potato flakes are and mix slightly together. Dump onto towel with 1/2 cup flour on it. Work together in a roll. Heat griddle at 450º. Roll out on cloth with flour and floured roller. Roll from center out. If lefse gets holes, add flour. Griddle should brown a piece of paper in 8 seconds when ready.
