1 c. mayonnaise
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 c. (5 oz) freshly grated parmesan cheese
3/4 c. (3 oz) crumbled blue cheese
3/4 c. green onions, chopped
Olive oil
2 sourdough baguettes, cut 1/3" thick

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients in bowl and blend together. Cover and refrigerate. (Can be made ahead of time). Preheat oven to 400º. Brush one side of each bread slice with oil. Place oiled side down on large baking sheet. Bake until almost golden, about 5 minutes. Spread approximately 1 tablespoon cheese mixture on each bread slice on sheet. Bake until cheese topping starts to bubble and toasts are golden at edges, about 10 minutes. Serve warm.
