2lbs Chuck Cut Beef
3/8 c. tsp worchestershire sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
3/4 c. catsup
dash of pepper
3 c. water
2 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 2 lbs chuck cut in pieces, add all ingredients, add water. Cover and simmer 2 1/2 hours. Thicken with flour add an additional water. Serve over egg noodles.
