DADDYS HAPPY FLAPPY BARBECUE RIBS by Tom Walsh

Buy at least two large slabs of back pork ribs. Cut in half to equal slabs about 8” long.
Soak/marinade in a tub of Lipton’s French onion soup at least 4 hours , preferably overnight
Pat dry . Dry rub them with your favorite Pork/barbecue / dry rub. After the dry rub sits for about 20 minutes, baste them with Sweet Baby Rays barbecue sauce. (Or you own favorite sauce)
PRE HEAT oven to 350
Wrap each slab in aluminum foil. Place slabs on Pizza Pan , broiler pan. Slow bake for at least 4 hours at 350 basting them every hour with barbecue sauce. Oven temps and meat sizes can differ. They are done when the end of the bones start showing through the meat.
These should be super tender and juicy and you won’t need a fork .

OPTIONS. You can throw them on a hot grill to achieve a smokey, char gilled flavor but not long. Maybe 10 minutes. You can dice up Onions and green peppers and add to each slab before cooking and cook the onions and peppers along with the ribs.
