3 c. milk
3 t. granulated sugar
1 1/3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 t. salt
3 T. melted butter for platter pan

Toppings to serve with:
Lingonberry butter
Jams/Preserves
Apple Sauce
Powdered Sugar
Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Let eggs and milk come to room temperature (about an hour ahead of time).
Beat eggs and combine with milk, add 2 T. of melted butter and beat well.
Gradually beat in sugar, flour and salt.
Heat seasoned pancake pan, brush with butter.
Stir batter, pour into depressions in pan and bake until browned on one side.
Turn cakes with a spatula or table knife.
Cakes should be thin, with crisp edges and delicately browned.
Arrange 6 hot pancakes in a circle on a warm plate, put a mound of powdered sugar in the center and serve.
