Read all instructions before starting ....and remember that this mixture gets very hot and if it gets on your skin will make a bad burn. If at all possible use a large 6 x 8 cup measuring cup that has a handle, it is much easier and safer to use as the handle does not get hot and it is much easier to pour hot mixture on cookie sheet, can find at Walmart

1 c. dry roasted peanuts
2 tsp hot sauce
1/4 tsp all spice
1 c. granulated
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 tsp butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Line cookie sheet with non-stick aluminum foil or regular foil sprayed with Pam. Spray your spoon for stirring and 2 table knives with Pam and set aside. Have all ingredients measured and ready to use BEFORE starting.

Mix:

1 c. dry roasted peanuts
2 tsp hot sauce ( I use Louisiana hot sauce)
1/4 tsp allspice
Set aside until ready for.

Mix:

1 c. Granulated sugar
1/2 c. White Karo syrup

Microwave (850 watt microwave) on high 4 min. Stir, add the peanut mixture and microwave 4 more min.

Add: 1 tsp butter and microwave 45 seconds. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp baking soda, stir well and pour out onto cookie sheet lined with nonstick aluminum foil. Spread as thin as possible, I use two table knives.
