2 chicken breasts - split, boned, and skinned
4 slices ham, thinly sliced
4 slices Swiss cheese
mayonnaise
1 cup Cornflakes, crushed
4 Tbls butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Place chicken breasts between two pieces of waxed paper and flatten. Place one piece of ham and one piece of cheese on each piece of chicken. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Spread rolls with mayo and roll in Cornflake crumbs. Place in baking dish and pour a small amount of melted butter over each roll.

Bake for 30-40 minutes.
