3 cups sliced and peeled apples
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup quick oatmeal
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 baking powder
1/3 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put apples in a buttered 9x9 inch pan. Mix granulated sugar, 1 Tbsp. flour, cinnamon and salt together. sprinkle over apples. Combine oatmeal, 3/4 cup flour, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder and butter. Mix until crumbly and sprinkle over apples. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly and browned. If desired serve warm with ice cream or drizzle with half and half.
