2 c sliced beets
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp flour
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c vinegar mixed with 1/4c beet juice

Directions:
Directions:
Boil beets in small amount of water until tender. Save water.

Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour. Stir. Add rest of ingredients and cook until clear. Pour over beets.
