2 lbs. ground beef
2 lbs. sausage
1 1/2 carton of Velveeta cheese
garlic salt & onion salt to taste
1 1/2 -2 loaves of party rye( the lighter of the two choices)
2 pkg shredded mozzarella cheese( the big 3 cup package)....may need more
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and sausage until done. Drain. Add seasoning. Combine with cubed Velveeta cheese. Allow cheese to fully melt and spread onto party ryes. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake @ 400º until lightly brown on top.
