1 can Rotel, Hot
1 can Rotel, Regular
1 pkg (2 lbs) Velveeta Sharp Cheddar, cubed
1 lb Pepper Jack cheese, cubed
1 lb Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage
2/3 lb lean ground beef
2/3 lb bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Add 2 cans of Rotel, cubed Velveeta and cubed pepper jack cheese to large crock pot, start on low.

Thoroughly cook sausage, ground beef, and bacon separately in medium or large skillet (chop sausage and ground beef into small pieces while cooking, and cut bacon into small pieces before cooking) and then add to crock pot and cook on high. Add water or milk (preferred) as necessary to desired thickness.
