2 1/4 c flour
1/2 c Cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 c (2 sticks) butter
1 c packed brown sugar
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 c (12 oz) semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs for about 2 minutes or until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in choc chips. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cookies are puffed. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes, remove to wire racks to cool completely.
