1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2 T. olive oil (optional unless pan is too dry)
1 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced red or green pepper
2 T. cider vinegar
2 T. brown sugar
1 cup catsup
3 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Brown the ground beef and drain any grease. If no grease in pan, add the olive oil, otherwise just add the onions, celery, and diced peppers and saute until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer 1 hour. Serve on 8 buns.
