2 lbs Beef Stew Meat (cut in medium size pieces)
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 stalk celery (chopped)
6 carrots (cut in small chunks)
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. Tapioca pudding
1/2 cup tomato juice

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.

Place in an oven proof casserole and cover with tin-foil and place casserole lid over foil.

Bake in 250 degree oven for 4 hours
