1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup onion, chopped
3/4 cup green pepper, diced
3 teaspoon chili powder
1 pound hamburger
1-10oz can enchilada sauce
1-8oz can tomato sauce
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup milnot (evaporated milk)
1 package tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and green pepper in oil. Add hamburger cooking only slightly. Add sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Layer meat then tortillas then cheese. Pour milnot over cheese bake 30 minutes at 350.
