2 pounds ground beef
1-15oz can Spanish Rice
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
4 slices American Cheese
Sauce (ingredients below)

Sauce:

1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients for meatloaf except cheese and sauce, mixing well. Pack half of the mixture into a greased 9x5 loaf pan. Cover with cheese slices and pack remaining meat on top. Bake at 350 for one hour. Serve with sauce.

Sauce:

Combine all ingredients into small saucepan and stir over medium heat until well blended. Serve over Creole Meatloaf.
