16 oz Monterrey Jack cheese
1 can green chiles
1 qt. large curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. backing powder
1 stick melted butter
10 eggs, well beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Beat eggs first. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 9x13 dish. Bake for 30-45 minutes until top is golden.
Can make ahead and keep in the refrigerator overnight.
