1 lb butter
4 c. sifted flour
3 egg yolks
1 package dry yeast
8 oz of sour cream

1 jar peach or apricot preserves
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and flour together. Cut in shortening or butter. Add eggs and sour cream. Mix together and refrigerate over night (8 hours)
Roll thin and cut with round cookie cutter or open end of a glass.
Put in 1/2 tsp of apricot or peach preserves in the center of the cookie round.
Moisten edges with water and fold in half, pinching together with a fork.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bakce 12-15 minutes at 400º

Remove from oven and sprinkle/roll in powdered sugar. Let cool and roll again.
