Crust (2):
1 1/2 c All-Purpose Flour
3/4 tsp Salt
3/4 c Crisco
3 T Cold Water

Filling:
4-5c Fresh Rhubarb, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2c White Sugar
1/3c All-Purpose Flour
3 T Butter

Directions:
Directions:
For Crust:
1) Mix all ingredients until crumbly and moist. Add more Crisco if needed. On a well floured board, roll out. Cut for 9" pie plate and place bottom layer. Set top aside

For filling:
1) Coat rhubarb pieces with sugar and flour. Place in prepared pie crust and dot top with butter.
2) Place top crust on and cover edges with foil.

Bake at 425º for 40-50 min
