1 pkg yellow butter cake mix
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 cup orange juice
4 eggs
1/2 cup pecan pieces
1/2 cup oil
GLAZE:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1 stick butter
Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour bundt pan.Pour chopped nuts evenly over bottom.Mix remaining ingredients and pour over nuts.Bake at 325º for 50 to 60 min.

Glaze: Bring ingredients to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.Pour over hot cake in pan and let set for 30 minutes.Remove cake from pan.
