2 pounds B&G sausage
1 medium onion, minced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
12 ounces sour cream
salt, pepper, and garlic, to taste
2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
32 ounces pkg. frozen tater tots

Directions:
Directions:
Bake tater tots according to package instructions, leaving off 10 minutes baking time.. Brown sausage and onion. Drain. Combine with salt, pepper, mushroom soup, milk and sour cream. Put tater tote into a large casserole dish. Top with meat mixture and Cheddar cheese. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes or until casserole is hot and cheese is melted. (May add more cheese if desired and substitute ground venision for 1 pound of the sausage.)
