7 oz macaroni, cooked and drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped bell peppeer
1 small onion, chopped
1 jar pimentos
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced mushroom with juice
6 oz pkg cheddar cheese
3/4 stick butter
sleeve of Ritz crackers
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and crumble Ritz crackers.Set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Mix butter and cracker crumbs together and sprinkle on top.
bake at 350º until bubbles.
