1 head of lettuce, torn
1 red onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 green pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 can peas (Silver can # 2)
1 pint Hellman's Mayonnaise
1 3-oz can grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb bacon fried crisp

Directions:
Directions:
Mix onion, pepper and lettuce together in bottom of bowl.
Then add remaining ingredients in layers.
Crumble bacon on top.

Refrigerate.
