Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Recipe

8 cooked Lasagna noodles
baby spinach- couple of handfulls
3 cups light Alfredo sauce combined with 1 1/2 tsp oregano

Combined in another mixing bowl:
3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp minced garlic
3 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 2/3 cup of Alfredo sauce mixture in bottom of baking dish.
Place 4 lasagna noodles on top of sauce.Place a handfull of babyspinach on top of noodles.Place 1/2 of chicken mixture on top of spinach.
Then add 4 more noodles, another handfull of spinach.Add remainder of chicken mixture and top with rest of Alfredo sauce.

Cover with foil and cook 45 min @ 375º.Remove foils and bake an additional 10 -15 min.
let stand min before serving.

Can be frozen but thaw in refrigerator before cooking.
