3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
23 crumbled Ritz crackers
1 c. chopped pecans
1 pint whipping cream
2 T. Hershey cocoa
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites and sugar as for meringue. Fold in Ritz crackers and pecans. Pour into buttered pie pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350º. Add cocoa to whipping cream. Top pie after cool.
