Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 c milk
1/2 c melted butter
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c sugar
2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until thick. Beat in milk and melted butter. Beat in vanilla. Beat in sugar. Combine dry ingredients with a whisk, add to mixture and beat well. Cook in waffle iron per manufacturer's instructions. Generally when you no longer see steam coming out they are ready. (For my round waffle iron use 1/2 c batter, for flip use rounded 3/4 c.
Cook for about 3 minutes).

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If you are making a bunch, preheat oven to 200, then TURN OFF OVEN. As you bake waffles place on a large platter or wire cooling rack placed in oven to keep warm while you cook the rest.
