Yellow Duncan Hines Cake Mix
1/2 c. rum
1can grated coconut
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Make cake mix in oblong pan. I sometimes add rum. If you do add rum, decrease amount of water in mix.
When you take it from oven punch holes all over it. Add 1 can Ancel grated coconut while cake is hot. Spread. Add crushed pineapple & juice. Put in refrigerator. Top with Cool Whip when ready to serve. Good!

I use one of the corn holders to punch holes. You know the yellow kind.
