2 c. cooked & cubed chicken
1 c. cubed turkey tasso
1 pkg. wild rice & long grain combined
2 tsp. lowfat margarine
1 medium finely chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 4 oz. jar chopped pimento
1 4 oz. jar sliced mushrooms
1 8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts
1 can French cut green beans
1 cup lowfat mayonnaise
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 c. lowfat grated cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cook wild rice as directed in skillet. Melt margarine, add onions, chicken and tasso. Cook until onions are tender. Mix all together except cheese and onion rings. Stir well. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Add cheese and onion rings. Bake 5 minutes more.
