1 yellow cake mix
3 6 oz pkg frozen coconut (try asian food market)
16 oz sour cream
1 c sugar
1 lg cool whip (12 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
Hand mix sour cream, sugar, and 2 pkg coconut, chill. Bake cake, let cool, split layers in two. Spread sour cream mixture between layers, reserving 1 cup of the mixture. Hand mix 1 cup of sour cream mixture with cool whip, spread on top and sides. Sprinkle with remaining coconut. Seal in airtight container for 3 days.
