1 cup sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1 cup raw peanuts
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
In a 1 1/2 qt casserole, stir together the sugar, syrup, raw peanuts and salt, mixing well. Microwave at HIGH for 6 to 9 minutes until light brown. Add butter and vanilla, stir well. Microwave 1 1/2 minute longer. Peanuts will be light brown and syrup will be very hot. Add baking soda and stir gently until light and foamy. Pour onto lightly buttered cookie sheet. Let cool 1/2 to 1 hour. Break into small pieces.
