1 13x9 pan cornbread (See Grandma's cornbread recipe)
3 large onions, chopped
6 stalks celery, chopped (or more, 1 small bunch)
6 eggs
6 slices white bread (or ½ loaf French bread)
1 lb butter, melted
2 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp. sage
Turkey broth, canned chicken broth, or milk (as needed, at least 2 cups?)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Melt butter, cook onions and celery until tender. Break the cornbread apart with your hands, break the bread into pieces. Mix all ingredients together; add broth/milk as needed, mixture should be very moist. Bake in 13x9 pan about 35 minutes or until golden brown on top. (If you have extra bake in a second smaller pan and freeze for future use)

I understand that everyone has their own personal stuffing preferences (and I have to admit I love them all). But this is SERIOUSLY good, I recommend you give it a try. Sage is the key, don't skimp. (and of course butter...)
