3 lb. chicken, cut into pieces
1/4 c. flour
salt & pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. butter
5 potatoes, quartered
4 carrots, sliced
1/2 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans chicken broth
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Dumplings:
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Remove skin from chicken, if desired. Wash pieces and dry on paper toweling. Put flour, salt, pepper and paprika in plastic bag. Shake chicken in bag to evenly coat. Heat oil and butter in Dutch oven. Brown chicken on all sides. Add vegetables and rosemary. Combine soups and 3 T. parsley. Pour over chicken. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
Dumplings: Mix ingredients together until moistened. Drop by rounded tablespoons into boiling broth. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Do not raise lid while dumplings are cooking!
