1 1/3 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup heavy cream (whipping cream)
2 cups Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Use a wisk to combine sugars and baking soda.
Mix together, add in the cream, and place on stove a medium to medium high.
Heat until reaches 232-235 degrees, add butter, cook, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes.
Remove from eat, add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 cups of pecan halves. Stir until blended and creamy.
take a tablespoon and drop into large candy paper cups (Party Cake Sop or Michael's) or on wax paper until dry. Wrap in wax paper and keep in tight container until ready to box or put on candy tray.
