1 lb.sliced bacon
3 T. brown sugar
1 1/2 t. chili powder
1/4 c. finely chopped pecans

Directions:

Line 2 15x10x1 inch baking pans with foil. Arrange bacon in a single layer in pans. Bake at 425º for 10 minutes; drain.

Combine the brown sugar and chili powder and sprinkle over the bacon. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake 5-10 min longer or until bacon is crisp. Drain on paper towels.
