Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 - 12.5 oz cans chicken
1 - 8 oz bottle ranch dressing
2 c Colby-jack cheese
1 pkg won ton wrappers
cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain water from chicken. Put in bowl and shred with fork. Add ranch dressing to your liking, make it similar to 'tuna salad'. Add a little at a time to prevent adding too much. Pre-heat oven at 400° degrees F. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray. A mini muffin pan works even better. Place one won ton wrapper in each cup of a muffin pan. Push down in center. Bake 2-3 minutes to set shape of wonton wrappers. Remove from oven. Fill with desired amount of chicken/ranch mixture. Add desired amount of cheese to each cup. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper (if desired). Place back in oven for 5 minutes. Makes 24 chicken won ton wraps. There will be left over dressing and won ton wrappers. Wrappers can be refrigerated until expiration date, or frozen for even longer.
