1 Flank or Skirt Steak
4 Tablespoons Sugar
1 garlic clove pressed
1/4 ground ginger
Pinch of crushed red pepper
3 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
3 Tablespoon sesame oil
CHIMICHURRI SAUCE
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
2/3 cup red wine vinegar
3 Tablespoons lime juice
1 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
4 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
3 Tablespoons minced garlic
3/4 teaspoons fresh cracked black pepper
2 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine seven ingredients and pour into ziplock bag with steak for 2 hours or overnight. Remove steak, pat dry. Salt and pepper. Grill about 4 minutes per side for medium rare. Let rest 10 minutes. Sauce: Combine ingredients in food processor or blender. Pulse until combined and fine but not pureed.
