1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 8oz can crushed pineapple, not drained
2 cups sour cream
1 Tbs sugar
1 9in baked pie shell

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in mixer on low speed for 1 minute. Pour into baked pie shell. Chill 3 hour. Can serve with more pineapple or whipped cream
