1 box cake mix (flavor based on your preference)
2 eggs
½ cup oil or margarine (can substitute applesauce for lower fat)
1 Tbs Milk
optional: add ins such as nuts, fruits, chocolate chips, etc
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes until done.

Variations:
Chocolate cake with choc or peanut butter chips
Spice cake with raisins and/or pecans
Spice cake with white choc chips, pecans
Cherry chip cake mix (top each cookie with maraschino cherry before baking
German chocolate with ½ cup chopped walnuts, rolled into 1 inch balls and rolled in coconut before baking
Lemon cake with 1 small pkg lemon drops broken into small pieces. Bake, then top with confectioners sugar
White cake, rolled into balls then dipped halfway into bowl of crushed peppermints before baking
