15 oz. Container Cottage or Ricotta Cheese
4 Green Zucchini Sliced thinly the long way (I use a cheese slicer)
8 oz Ball Mozzarella Cheese Shredded (or more)
12 oz. spaghetti sauce, canned, bottled or make your own
1 lb. ground sausage, cooked (optional)
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves or 1/8 tsp ground oregano
1 c. parmesan cheese (or to taste)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ricotta or cottage cheese with herbs.
Layer zucchini, ricottaor cottage cheese mixture, mozzarella. Repeat.
Bake 375 for about 30 min
