8-10 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tubs chive and onion cream cheese
1/2 c butter
10 slices bacon
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Tenderize and flatten chicken breasts. Lightly spread butter on each piece. Generously put cream cheese on top of butter. Roll each piece up and wrap in bacon and place in casserole pan. Salt and pepper. Bake covered for 1 hour on 375° F. Un-cover and broil on low for 10 minutes to crisp bacon.
