3-4 lb pork shoulder
1/2 c ketchup
1 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbls apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tbls sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 sm onion, finely chopped
1/2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
The night before, place meat in slow cooker with 1/2 c water and cook on low for 10-12 hours. Also the night before, combine remaining sauce ingredients and refrigerate. In the morning, shred meat with a fork, remove any bones. Return to cooker, pour over sauce and mix. Heat on low until mealtime, stir occasionally. Serve on butter toasted rolls with an optional side of mayo or coleslaw!
