1/2 c. corn meal
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
2 eggs, separated
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn meal, sugar and salt in saucepan. Pour boiling water over, stirring constantly. Cook, stirring, about 2 minutes and let cool. Add egg yolks. Add dry ingredients, milk and oil and stir to combine. Beat whites until stiff and fold them in. Cook in fry pan.
