2 1/2 C Sugar
2/3 C Corn Syrup
1/2 C Water
2 Egg whites
1 tbsp Vanilla

Chocolate dip
1 C. white sugar
1/2 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. Syrup
1/2 C. (condensed milk)
1 C. milk
1/4 C. butter or Oleo
3 squares Chocolate
1/2 tbsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, syrup and water to a real firm ball stage (in ice water).
Pour boiling mixture slowly over stiffly beaten egg whites, add vanilla.
Continue beating until you can handle. Form 7 to 8 rolls and store in freezer on platter for 1 day or until frozen hard

Chocolate dip for rolls:
Cook (long time) until real firm ball.
Dip rolls while dip is hot and roll in pecans. put back in freezer as you roll them. After a day or so roll each one in foil for storage.
