½ cup oil
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 ¼ cups sugar
3 bananas, mashed
2 eggs
chopped dried apricots

Directions:

mix dry ingredients
mix oil, sugar, bananas & eggs
add dry ingredients
bake in bread tin that has been sprayed with Bakers Joy (greased & floured)
bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
