1 large napa cabbage, sliced thin
1 bunch green onions, sliced with tops
1 sliced green pepper, 2" strips
1 sliced red pepper, 2" strips
1/4 lb. snow peas, cut in 1" pieces
3 chicken breasts, cooked & sliced julienne
2 pkg. ramen noodles, broken in pieces
1 1/3 c. peanuts
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. sesame seeds

Dressing:
1 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 Tbsp. hot Szechuan oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 Tbsp. fresh garlic
1 tsp. fresh ginger
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute ramen noodles, peanuts and sesame seeds in margarine until lightly browned. Let cool. Place all ingredients in salad bowl and toss with dressing.

Dressing:
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

I have used 1/2 c. oil and 1/2 c. water in place of the 1 c. oil, successfully.
