8 cups potatoes, cooked & diced
1 cup miracle whip
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lb. cheddar cheese diced
1/2 cup chopped onion
4-6 sliced bacon (optional)
1/2 cup green or black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Toss potatoes with mayo, salt, pepper, diced onions and cheese. Place mixture in a lightly greased 9X13 inch pan. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and olives. Bake at 325º

We have this almost ever Easter. You can divide the recipe if you want to have half with bacon and the other half without for those bacon lovers in the bunch.
