1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter (softened)

8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1/2 tub large cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar

1 small instant vanilla pudding
1 small instant chocolate pudding
2 1/2 cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 3 ingredients and spread in 9 X 13 pan. Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes. Cool. Mix the cream cheese, 1/2 tub cool whip and sugar. Spread on the cooled crust. Mix the pudding and milk, spread on the cream cheese. Top with 1/2 tub cool whip and grated chocolate. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
